Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order
All items are shipped via Greek post - ELTA - and they will always come with a tracking number. As long as your order is shipped I will send you an email notification, along with the tracking number.

GREECE: 1-2 days
EUROPE: 5-10 days
USA / CANADA: 10-15 days
WORLDWIDE: 15-20 days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

PLEASE NOTE - once I send out the order it is in the hands of the post office -
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery service. You will always be able to track your parcel with the ELTA - Greek Post Office here  >>  https://elta.gr/en/track

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - I ship to the address provided. If your item is returned to me due to an incorrect address or if the delivery is not possible due to different reasons, I will have to ask for shipping to be paid for again to resend and confirmation of your address or a refund will be provided minus shipping costs.

Return items back within 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
